We want you to love your Patara shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
